<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman">Leader Development Requirement (LDR) training courses required in order to be eligible for promotion in the AGR program.  Soldier must be enrolled in the appropriate PEC training requirements within 6 months of assignment.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman">16.  NON-AGR Soldiers must meet eligibility requirements and qualifications for initial entry in the AGR program IAW AR 135-18, Table 2-1 and NGR 600-5, Chap. 2-2.  Applicants must be medically and physically qualified for Active Duty IAW AR 40-501, Chap. 3 and AR 600-9.  <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">Applicants must pass Army Physical Fitness Test and meet Army height and weight requirements prior to entry on active duty.</span></strong></span></p>

<p>Bilateral Affairs Officer – Serves as the Deputy Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC), and liaison officer for the Southern Command, United States Embassy, and Louisiana National Guard with the <em>Belize Ministry of Defense</em>, <em>other Belizean government agencies, and non-governmental agencies.</em> </p>

<p><strong>DUTY DESCRIPTION:</strong> </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Works under the direction of the Chief, USSOUTHCOM Office of Defense Cooperation to:  coordinate bilateral activities related to military to military, military to civilian, and multi-agency cooperation activities when required; plan and coordinate USSOUTHCOM Military-to-Military (M2M) familiarization events, to include development of a M2M and State Partnership Program (SPP) annual work plan annex for the Country Campaign Plan (CCP), in close cooperation with the country team; provide administrative and logistical support for M2M and SPP Traveling Contact Teams (TCT); accompany host nation personnel, when necessary, on out of area or CONUS visits to U.S. installations or agencies for familiarization events; monitor SPP activities and provide coordination and support as required; and perform secondary responsibilities, to include management and facilitation of security cooperation and humanitarian assistance activities and actions, including Foreign Military Financing (FMF) and processing country requests for equipment and services when not performed by State Department personnel.</p>

<p>4.  <strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION:  </strong>Responsible for the overall management of the Louisiana National Guard Youth Program in Minden, Louisiana.  Personally responsible for the housing, care, safeguarding, discipline, motivation and education of a class of approximately 220 male and female students between the ages of 16 and 18.  These students are classified as “At Risk Youth” and are high school dropouts. A class cycle is 22 weeks. Must be able to organize and supervise various departments within the Youth Challenge Program.  Responsible for the overall budget of the program. Must be able to be on 24 hour call.  Will be responsible for any other assigned duties from the Director or Educational Programs. <strong></strong></p>

Travel is required.  Must be available to report to duty during emergency or disaster situations.<strong></p>

<p>c.  <strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</strong>  The Military Department is a substance abuse and drug free workplace.  In accordance with the Military Department Drug Testing Policy, all new employees are subject to mandatory drug testing.  Thereafter, all employees are subject to random drug testing.  Must meet physical</p>
<p>requirements to perform functions of the position.  Ability to work and communicate effectively with agency personnel and the public.</p>

<p>4.  <strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION:  </strong>Assist the Janitorial Manager in providing clean office environments.  Maintain departmental standards and seek quality improvement in all operations.  Duties are those associated with professional office cleaning: following a cleaning schedule, work at a consistent pace, clean restrooms, spot clean surfaces, vacuum carpet and mop floors, high and low dust, read and follow cleaning instructions, main supply closet, change light bulbs, etc.  Additional duties include sweeping debris from building entrance areas, emptying smoking urns, etc.  Perform other services as required or directed by the Installation Commander or Post Sergeant Major.  Perform other Duties as Assigned</p>
